BIO:
Elliot Redford used to pilot planes as a career in the Military in her mid twenties before being moved to FBI, and soon she showed promise for Project: SOLIDER. She was inspired by her father who was a Veteran for the remainder of his young life before he died on the battle field, to get into a Military career, whether to show that she was her father's daughter, or that she was living up to his name. It was hard for her mother, but this only drew them closer and she encouraged her daughter to thrive for her dreams. When Quarantine was widely issued she was firmly against it believing that they couldn't solve all their problems through locking everyone up. She kept her opinion to herself though, because at the time she was in the FBI and it just wasn't something to speak about aloud. When she was moved to Project: SOLIDER she decided she would go through with it. She wanted to do something about this, and show right from wrong. They began the experiments that was still experimental. It didn't do anything drastic to her physically, however she was heightened mentally like the program was supposed to do, as well as learning how to train with and without weapons.
She was assigned to watch over the heroes section of the Quarantine, to make sure nobody gets out, or in. Much to her surprise she was put in charge of the SOLIDERS, being told that she was much more promising than they had thought. This was her time to do what she had to do. From that day forth she would dedicate herself to secretly helping the heroes escape, and find a way to give the villains proper justice while trying to keep this a secure mystery from her team, and even more so, the government itself.

SAMPLE RP:
Elliot Redford had climbed up the Military as well as the Government ladder not sure where she was going, or what she was to accomplish, but when she looked back on it, she felt in some ways, that her father would be proud of her actions. She had lived up to his name, and achieved higher potential then she would of ever thought she could, maybe even more than she had wanted.
Things were starting to get different, more hectic, everything moving in a fast pace, as Quarantine was issued. She held her tongue on the subject knowing she could risk her job that she had worked so hard for and maybe even be thrown into prison if she spoke up, it really was that tense.
Somehow she found herself in the very place she had not to long ago disapproved of, Project SOLIDER, the start of new experiments as well as the undeniable beginning of Quarantine. As much as she did not like this idea and saw it to be morally wrong she went through with the experiments, the training, the tests, in a hope that she could somehow do something about this. She wasn't sure what she could do, but she just knew she had to do something... anything.
It seemed Lady Luck smiled upon her that day, because she found herself in power to do something as the newly appointed SOLIDER leader. It was time to sort right from wrong, meet her team, and face Quarantine for the very first time.
